Eyelash Extensions
Prep Instructions
Please wash your face with a water-based cleanser and remove all makeup with an oil-free remover. Make sure to come with NO face makeup on - especially mascara, eyeshaow, and eyeliner.
Aftercare Instructions
For the first 24 hours, ALL water contact to the lashes must be avoided - this includes sweating, steam, washing the face, crying, etc. Each day after, you will be required to wash your lashes with a technician approved solution, brush the lashes, and avoid activities that will compromise the lashes, including but not limited to: extended water contact, excessive rubbing/pulling, lash curlers, excessive heat/stem, oil-based makeup, removers, and cleansers. After you first appointment, your technician will send you home with specific aftercare instructions, a foam pump bottle with a cleansing solution, and a lash brush.
What kinds of eyelash extensions do you offer?
We use synthetic fiber lashes that mimic what a mink lash would (without the cruelty!). We offer Classic, Mixed, and Voume methods of application.
What is the difference between Classic and Volume?
The Classic method is where one lash extension is applied to one of your natural lashes - this creates a natural, full look. The Volume method takes multiple lash extensions (in a fan) and applies it to one of your natural lashes - this creates a more dramatic, luscious look. Time, cost, and appearance will all very depeneding on which method you choose.
What is a Mixed set?
A Mixed set of lashes means that it incorporates both the Classic and Volume methods for application resulting in a natural look with just a dash of drama.
How long will my eyelash extensions last?
This will vary from client to client, but you can expect a full set to last around 4-8 weeks, although after 4.5 weeks they can tend to look fairly sparse. This all depends on lifestyle and the natural growth cycle of your natural lashes. (Keep in mind, fills are suggested every 2-4 weeks to maintaim original fullness).
How often should I get a fill?
We suggest every 2-4 weeks, depending on lifestyle. After 4.5 weeks, you will be priced for a full set. (Some of our artists will charge for a full set at the 4 week mark).
Can I wear makeup with my eyelash extensions?
Yes and no. You may wear makeup as long as it is not on top or directly on the eyelash extensions - pencil eyeliners and mascaras are urged against for the top lashes. In addition, all other makeuo needs to be oil-free. Be sure to remove all makeups with an oil-free remover/cleanser too!
Are there any contraindications for this service?
Do eyelash extensions damage your natural lashes?
This is a great question, and most oftentimes the most frequent. The answer is dependent on a few factors, but overall NO. Correct application from a properly trained technician will ensure your lashes are able to grow as they naturally would and maintain their health by using the correct amounts of professional product. Correct and consistent aftercare of the lashes on your part is also a huge factor! Your lashes are an investment and how you treat them outside of the treatment room will largely dictate their appearance and overall health. By following proper aftercare instructions and avoiding certain products and activities, your lashes will be healthy, growing, and thriving! Failure to adhere to instructions could potentially result in damage or unhealthy lashes.
How long is a lash appointment?
Do you take fills from other lash techs?
In general, yes we do. However, each technician has different policies. Please reach out to the salon directly for more clarification.
Is there an age minimum to get eyelash extensions?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years of age to get eyelash extensions. Minors aged 16 and 17 may receive eyelash extensions with parent consent. Nobody under 16 will be serviced.

Waxing

Aftercare Instructions
What type of wax do you use?
We use top-quality professional hard wax.
What is waxing?
Our hair removal process employs the highest quality hard wax. It is used at a melted temperature. Hard wax is applied directly to the skin, and when it hardens, is removed as a strip - taking with it the hair from the root. You're left with smooth, bare skin!
How long should my hair be for hair removal?
Hair should be no less than 1/4 inch in length, although longer is okay. We like to compare this size to that of an uncooked grain of rice.
How long should I stop shaving before waxing?
If currently shaving, you'll need AT LEAST 2 weeks of growth in the area before waxing.
Does waxing hurt?
Well, let's just put it this way - it's not pain-free! (This is especailly true if it's your first time). Your technician will do everything to minimize discomfort but just know, the more regular you become with this type of hair removal, the more tolerable it will get!
Does waxing hurt more on my period?
To be honest, NO. So many other salons and studios will say differently, however, the woman's body isn't only more sensitive before or on her period. There is only about 1 week of time where the body either isn't prepping, on, or recovering from a menstral cycle. Because of this, we don't like making your period a factor for hair removal.
Can I get a Brazilian or Bikini service while on my period?
Yes! We do this all the time, however, we require you to be wearing a tampon and do suggest coming in with freshly inserted products.
Do you offer hair removal for men?
Yes! We offer waxing services for men with the exception of a Brozilian.
